NCO Holdings Ltd., has today announced the appointment of Sonya Bilsborough as its Chief Executive Officer for NCO Europe Ltd. (NCO)
Sonya has served as NCO’s Chief Operating Officer since the MBO (Management Buy Out) in January 2019.
Nick Ford, who had previously served as both NCO’s CEO & Chairman will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Nick said “Since joining NCO, it has been my personal ambition to secure a MBO for the business I was originally recruited to create in 1996. Over the last 3 years, despite the significant challenges we’ve all seen, NCO has achieved exponential growth helping to create new jobs and secure our future as a leading customer solutions provider.”
Nick continued. “Sonya and I have worked closely together for over 20 years and the time is now right for Sonya to assume the role of CEO; which was always part of our MBO strategy.”
Sonya joined NCO in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative before taking up a number of senior management and executive positions and being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2012.”
Sonya said: “I am incredibly excited to assume this new role. We have an exceptionally talented team at NCO who continue to innovate our range of services in new and diverse ways unlocking future growth opportunities and I look forward to leading us into the exciting future ahead. ”
